Packing Guidelines for Direct Shipping
General Packaging Guidelines
The following guidelines are mandatory to ensure safe delivery and avoid rejecting it.
This guideline is a part of our Designer’s Terms of Use . By selling on alnol, you agree to this guideline and our Designer’s Terms of Use .

Only QR codes or any other order reference or customer invoices documents provided by alnol, which you can print from the designer dashboard, should be appropriately applied to each package from inside.

Shipment must have our courier’s shipping Label on it (from outside), which you can print from the designer dashboard.

Ensure to pack the correct item with the right brand, color, and model.

Place the “brought through alnol” sticker on the outside package.

Add alnol “Thank you card” inside the package.

All items packed in our courier’s packages must be sealed, without any gaps or openings, along with the tamper-proof sealant provided with the package.

The items that don't fit in our couriers-provided packages must be shrink-wrapped, or bubble wrap (as per guidelines), and QR code or any other order reference documents must be pasted on the wrapping.

Please use the fragile or liquid sticker as and when applicable for particular items packed.

All items tagged as bulky must be shrink-wrapped.

All fragile items (e.g., dinner sets, mirrors, or glass-based Items) should have primary solid packaging (box with no space for movement) or be covered with bubble wrap and should be shrink-wrapped if primary packaging is loose or weak.
- Any Differences between these guidelines and our couriers’ guidelines, you should follow theirs to avoid rejecting the pick-up.
